1. Who we are

OkeyTours provides activities, excursions and travel enquiries in Agadir, Morocco. Contact support@okeytours.com about personal data handled by our team. The supplier identified in your booking confirmation is responsible for delivering the booked service.

2. Information you provide

When you enquire or book, we may receive your name, email, phone number, travel date, party size, hotel or pickup address and booking reference. Provide a room number only when needed for pickup. Tell us only the accessibility or dietary information necessary to arrange your experience; avoid sending identity documents or payment-card details by email.

3. Website information

Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser information, request time and page requests to deliver and secure the site. This website does not request your device’s precise location. The map shows our business location, not your location.

4. Why we use data

We use booking and enquiry details to answer you, arrange the requested service, coordinate pickup, handle changes and meet applicable accounting or legal duties. Where applicable, these purposes rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or proportionate legitimate interests. Optional external-content features rely on your permission. We do not add you to a marketing list merely because you enquire.

5. Booking and service partners

Bokun provides the online booking interface. The booking interface identifies the payment arrangements applicable to your reservation; we do not collect card details in the static website. Relevant guides, drivers or accommodation partners may receive the details needed to fulfil your booking. Email, hosting and booking providers process information required for their services. We do not list unrelated providers as if we use them.

Your selected display currency is also saved on this device, independently of your language. This preference is not used for tracking.

6. Cookies and external content

The core pages work without advertising or analytics trackers. Your cookie choice is stored locally on this device for up to 180 days under okeytours-consent-v1. Bokun booking content and Google Maps are blocked until you allow the relevant external service. They may receive your IP address and browser information and use their own storage. You can accept, reject or change these permissions through Cookie settings in the footer. The current site has no analytics or marketing tags installed.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it for future processing. GDPR, UK GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD and California’s CCPA/CPRA provide rights when their scope and conditions apply. Contact us to exercise rights; we may need proportionate verification. You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

8. Sale, sharing and browser signals

This website does not install advertising trackers or sell personal information through the site. It respects the Global Privacy Control signal by keeping marketing disabled. California residents may contact us about any applicable opt-out or sensitive-information rights. Refusing optional features does not prevent you from contacting us by phone or email.

We retain enquiries for the time reasonably needed to answer and follow up, and booking records for service, accounting and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable access controls and service providers appropriate to the information involved. No method is completely risk-free. Providers may process data outside your country; where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be used. 11. Children

Bookings involving children should be made by a parent or responsible adult. We request only the age or other details needed for the activity and its safety rules. Contact us if a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation.
